It's awesome. Put them on my Ford camper and can't.

It's fantastic. Put them on my Ford camper van and can't believe the difference. No more influence. Now you can ride for hours without getting tired. Incredible difference. It also reduces the number of trucks pushing me sideways.

Pros
  • Maintenance free
Cons
  • I don't have much to complain about, everything is fine

I don't really notice the difference.

I don't notice any difference in smoother ride over bumps, bridge beams etc. I notice more stable cornering. My 2006 Class A RV on an F-53. 30 feet long. Chassis weighing 18,000 pounds. The motorhome doesn't seem to tilt as much when turning as it did before SUMOS. It cost me $640 to install. I'm not sure I'd spend nearly $1200 again.

Pros
  • Increases load capacity
Cons
  • Not as thick as others

Seems to work in parts

Based on feedback and research I decided to buy these for our 2013 Coachmen Pursuit with a Ford 18K F53 chassis. After installing it, I can't tell much of a difference. There are subtle things. But nothing as expected based on other reviews. two positive aspects. I no longer feel uncomfortable cornering and when overtaking big trucks, I don't feel like we're about to roll over. And maybe the bumps in the road began to rattle a little less. I would buy them again and that is the reason for the…

  • Reduces and stabilizes fluctuations

Sumo Springs was one of the upgrades I made to my F53 chassis RV

I have a 2016 Winnebago Itasca Class A RV with 160000 GVW (F53 chassis) . My goal was to reduce road wander, sway, and reduce some of the bumps I encountered. The Sumo springs I put in front and rear were a huge improvement. The first thing I did was add a front anti-roll bar/shock absorber. Some call it a steering damper. I chose the Safe-T-Plus brand. The Roadster makes one too. If you're only going to do one thing with the F53 chassis, add a steering stabilizer if you don't already have one.

Pros
  • Sold as a pair (left and right)
Cons
  • Some bugs
