🌞 Self Bronzing Lotion from St Tropez Review

This is my favorite self tan for legs and arms. I use bare hands. The key is to use enough, don't try to apply a thin layer. I sleep with it on and wash it off the next morning. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after use. I find it a very natural color and I'm quite complete. I don't use it on my face or neck. I use St Tropes Mousse with a glove on my face, neck and chest area. It also rinses out well.

This product goes on smoothly and leaves a nice color but I would say 50% of the color washes out in the shower. It will definitely get on your clothes by the time you shower and will stain your hands more than other products, so be careful. It doesn't leave me without a tan after the shower, but it definitely reduces the color by at least half.

I usually love Saint Tropez. Maybe mousse would be better. I built my tan in three days and it was noticeably uneven on my legs, even after all the usual prep. The color is amazing where it works but I was very disappointed.

Tropez. I've seen and heard a lot about how good this brand is so I took it and spent the money. Let me just say the color is amazing but the applied part sucks! It takes me almost an hour to rub and smooth it in wherever I try to blend. I feel very oily/greasy after applying it. Have been using it for over 5 years! I love it and use it almost every week. Just last week I bought another one and found the lotion to be a RED-ORANGE color and not the usual dark brown. I tested a small sample and it turned RED. I have no idea what is happening with the product or the last batch but something is wrong with it. I reported this to management through Revain and they said they would remove the product until the issue was resolved.
