This is a really high quality wheel. It was packaged relatively well and I've been driving it for several months. This was spot on when it arrived and it came with a 16 ton gear and snap ring. It is very durable and quite light. The V-shape of the bike is slim and not too hipster. This calls for a pistachio tube, so make sure you pick the right one. This is a very stable wheel that is well suited for single speed or fixed gear use. I have no idea if that's suitable for track racing, but I don't
