These are the only ankle supports my daughter can wear while playing basketball. They are very supportive and still allow her to move freely. She is very physically fit and they are worn 6/7 days a week. The only complaint is that the bottom part shifts and becomes uncomfortable. I wish the pair lasted longer. We use 2-3 pairs per basketball season (4-6 staples) which is expensive. But we tried others and this is the best option for them.
