Beautiful white pens

I use them in the moonlight for my french manicure nails. It doesn't break easily and I covered it with clear varnish. I had to put a plastic pen in it so it wouldn't leave a mark in my zippered pocket.

Pros
  • Inexpensive
Cons
  • No automatic

White doesn't cover well

I love black pencils. I use them to get the deepest blacks in my drawings and the addition of water means you can paint with them. I was hoping that white pencils would offer the same opacity, but alas. They are good at marking windows (I don't know, I don't draw on glass) but they do NOT paint pencil drawings well.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Not as thick as others

Pencils absorb moisture and crumble. And NO customer service!

It's ok if you can protect them from moisture absorption. If it is completely wet, however, they absorb moisture, become soft and crumble. I live in a climate that isn't particularly humid, but I have to keep them in a container of rock salt to keep them from falling apart. I wrote to their customer service twice about this and was completely ignored.

Pros
  • 8052
Cons
  • No instructions

The packaging was damaged but the pens seem to work well

I was nervous as soon as I received the package. I felt pencils clink. When I opened the package the box was open and all the pens were just rattling in the Revain pouch. Serious? Could you put a small piece of 1/2 inch tape on the lid of the pencil case? I just pray the LEDs don't break. I tested one and it seemed normal to me. Packing and shipping issues aside, the pens are good and do exactly what I want them to do: draw over marks. They appear to be somewhere between chalky and smooth, so…

Pros
  • Writes well on glass, plastic and metal
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Not suitable for colored pencils.

I bought these on the advice of a group of colored pencil artists to highlight my work with colored pencils, as opposed to gel pens which are not allowed at juried art shows where the work is considered a colored pencil work, none mixed media. Firstly, these are watercolor pencils and they are marked on the body which means they are water soluble. are good for marking material, glass or wood, they are not at all suitable for working with colored pencils. They don't build on any quality pencil I

Pros
  • Available in eight watercolors
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
