There is nothing that I dislike about this software, it's really easy to use with great support when you need help or have questions! The best part about this software is that it gives me detailed reports regarding my web traffic, which helps in measuring success of various campaigns I am running online. It also lets you track visitor behavior across devices (mobile or desktop), so we can easily see what our audience likes/dislikes most from us as an organization.
