I love these pastels for colored pencils

I love these pastels, they blend well and the colors are bright and fun to work with. 4/5 rating only because I wish there were more purple to choose from, the only purple is purple and I need a dark purple.

Pros
  • Drawing
Cons
  • There are new competitors

great value for money

I rarely use oil pastels but they are good for occasional projects. The colors are bright and those that work best for the overall project (I painted flowers). They worked well with the Strathmore 400 series black artagain pad that I bought at the same time.

Pros
  • Crayons
Cons
  • Thin

Excellent and inexpensive

Excellent pastels for a child learning to work with colors - a good transition from pencils. Rich colors, not too dirty for a 5 year old. It really brings out the imagination and comfort level for young artists who tend to do more graphics than color work. Can't beat this price!

Pros
  • Goods for drawing and drawing
Cons
  • No machine

Good product at a good price

I've used this brand before and they work well, small crayons but good colour. I use the more expensive stamps for painting and these for sketches, sketches and quick sketches. I use paint thinner with them and they work well. Below is a picture I made using these pastels, as well as Cray Pas, Sennlier and various brands of old children's craft kits found at thrift stores.

Pros
  • Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
