Thin but works.

Very good value SS 90 They hold up the exhaust but don't expect them to be the best quality, they burn holes easily if you're not careful.

Not suitable for exhaust. Super thin and cheap.

Very cheap and flimsy, my welder put holes through and through no matter how deep I went. This stuff seriously can't work for any exhaust pipe. Vehicle intake manifold can be. I don't think it lasts until the hot exhaust. We return the remaining 3

Not 1.2mm. Measure and don't assume you get what you paid for.

I bought several of these and it was a second chance. When I got the size 90 the only thing that was correct in the description was 90 degrees and 76mm (or just under 3 inches). Simple math says 1.2mm is 0.047 inch, which is about 17 gauge sheet metal. I work with sheet metal every day, so I used my gauge controller (which only goes up to 19g) and popped it into the 17g, 18g, and 19g slots, and it's in both cases sloppy.
