It still rusts after the first wash by hand, then towel drying and subsequent airing in the towel rail. Thought stainless steel wouldn't do that? And it no longer stays in the shape of a cup; it breaks down This mug is completely unusable and I am very disappointed, especially as I carefully researched the options before purchasing. Now it ends up as garbage in a landfill, defeating my purpose of buying reusable tableware.

I think this is a great option for compact travel mugs. You get 3 cups (each a different size) and they all fold down to 3/4" thickness (with attached keychain). When folded they look like a pocket watch. I find them very convenient for camping. or as a extra item in your emergency bag. However, be aware that the mugs are metal so are not very light, they are also not that big, so if you have space you might be better off using a standard mug or cup.

I got the large version because a lot of these mugs can barely hold anything and I love a cup of tea on a cold morning. It's definitely a good size for it and it seems to be made out of some pretty good materials.
