Looked good out of the box. A fork was defective - it had scratches for a long time and some areas looked like they had flaked off. =(Update 8/7/2020: contacted customer service about the broken plug. They sent me a replacement right away as soon as I sent them the photo. =) Hooray! My daughter tested the spoon and she seemed to use it with ease. The spoon is perfect for soups. She was lucky to have dishes, like mom and dad.

So glad I found them! We've tried different brands and types of cutlery over the past year since my son started eating solid foods. The ones before that were plastic and apart from being smaller they were very different from adult cutlery which my son found out and always tried to reach for my cutlery while eating. He loves using this set and hasn't wanted my cutlery since I got it. They are also much easier to clean and dishwasher safe.

My little one has recently become obsessed with using mom and dad's utensils instead of his own but they are a bit big and a bit sharp so I thought it was time for an upgrade and I was blown away when i found her They are the perfect size compared to our small adult harness and larger than the toddler harness (I forgot to take a photo of the toddler harness). Good first: This dish is the perfect size. Not too big for a toddler, not too small for a student. All are happy. Not so good now: the forks end up being pretty sharp. Great product and great customer service. The utensils appear to be of high quality and my son loves them as they are "big boy" utensils. They are smaller than an adult's size but larger than his toddler's paraphernalia. You are exactly right! I also love the fruit stamped on it and so does he. Some other brands have animals but they don't belong to the same theme (pig, giraffe?) and some were incidental. I like fruits and they all look the same. This cookware is the ideal size for toddlers and preschoolers. However, I'm not thrilled with this as the edges of the metal aren't rounded or smooth. They have almost "sharp" edges and corners. It may not be sharp enough to cut skin, but it doesn't cause any discomfort. Also, I didn't expect the knives to be serrated. I bought this set for my twins, I was looking for something between plastic spoons and forks and an adult spoon. I take the time to read many reviews and decide to try these. I have to make one comment about the age product, they say it is safe for children 3 years and older. I use them with my 2 year old and they are perfect, the fork and knife are not too sharp but not round either. I don't think these kits are dangerous for my two year old, but I take them with meals.
