I bought this set for my twins, I was looking for something between plastic spoons and forks and an adult spoon. I take the time to read many reviews and decide to try these. I have to make one comment about the age product, they say it is safe for children 3 years and older. I use them with my 2 year old and they are perfect, the fork and knife are not too sharp but not round either. I don't think these kits are dangerous for my two year old, but I take them with meals. I'm sure I'll be safer using them later unattended. They have struggled with plastic utensils when feeding, but are now more likely to try to eat on their own because they use the same utensils as mom and dad. I recommend this set, just leave your children supervised if they are under the recommended age.
