The 20mm tube rack only accommodates 20mm tubes in about half of the slots. The slots (patches) are uneven and some of them won't let the 20mm pipe slide.

Terrible. Should have listened to another reviewer. This rack is NOT designed for tubes with a diameter of 20 mm! Only about 18 of the 50 positions actually hold a 20mm glass vial. Worst purchase ever. Avoid!
