In winter, the concrete steps of the porch are very slippery. I slipped a few times and decided to do something to alleviate this problem. Installed today with no problems. I was adding steps to some old plastic car ramps that were becoming increasingly difficult to use as the surface became shiny and slippery from my car's tires spinning - the plastic surface actually melted due to the action given off heat over the years. This is a really great product. Excellent adhesion and commercial quality. The only reason it didn't get a 5 is because the directions don't warn you about wearing them on a hot day. If the strips are outside on a very hot day or in the sun for too long, the adhesive will become very thin and the strips will be difficult to stick on as they will slip. Don't worry about curling the stripes when you receive them; it won't affect their smoothness and they won't frizz. We left some of the strips…
