So far so good, good fit for PCV valves

This part appears to be identical to the Mopar original kit at a much better price. So far, so good. I will update if anything changes.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Fair

Half price for the same factory product

Took 5 minutes to install and immediately improved my truck's performance. The slight swinging, rattling and jumping of the engine stopped. Big local parts store wanted $60.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not bad

Original, perfect fit, easy to install

This is a FULL PCV valve. It even has a Chrysler logo on it. One of the easiest PCV valves I've installed - no special tools, just unscrew and screw on - period. That's almost half of what the dealer wants.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons

OE quality, good price

2012 Ram 1500 Sport with 5.7 HEMI. I decided to put a new PCV valve on my truck during a 92,000 mile reconciliation, even though the stock valve worked fine. The quality of this valve appears to be as good as the original valve it replaced. The price was a good deal compared to the local parts stores. Installation is as easy as putting a lid on a gallon of milk.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Almost never

Exactly the same as the original Mopar

Look closely. On the left is my original 152,000 mile PCV valve. On the right is the new one, which if you look you can see the Chrysler badging, meaning it's a Mopar-supplied OEM part that you can get about $15 cheaper, and if you do considering how long i haven't had my original i don't know i don't think i'll have to change it again until i've driven 300,000 miles.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket

Remade my truck

2013 Ram 1500 Express 5.7 Hemi 4x4 Although I checked, cleaned and burned through the original and it looked perfect. Simply replacing it with a NEW PCV brought my truck back to life. Before replacing the original at 85,000km, acceleration was sluggish, lacked power, there was a ticking noise, oil wasted, misfires under load, the gearbox shifted weirdly and had terrible mileage (11.9).Since the PCV- Change my mileage is now 17-18 Acceleration is like new again, lots of power, no weird noises…

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive
