Standard Motor Products FLS3 Coolant Review

Based on my observations this coolant caused severe damage to my engine .It's supposed to regulate temperature, but instead led to overheating and ultimately, engine failure. The only positive is that it's easy to find and relatively affordable. However, the potential consequences aren't worth it. Stay away from this product..

When installing the sensor in my radiator the plastic housing of the sensor crumbled leaving a semi broken threaded sensor in my radiator. I had to remove the entire radiator (lost $20 on coolant) and drill out what was left of the sensor block. I'm leaving a one star review because I don't think this cheap price is exclusive to my device. I think it's too cheaply made to be a reliable part.
