🔧 Enhanced Engine Crankcase Vent Valve by Standard Motor Products - N16001 Review

After being charged $300 by an 'expert mechanic' to repair a stalled engine (which kept stalling after the run) I found out the real cause and the PCV unit was repaired repaired for less than $20. Perfect fit and fast delivery.

I don't think there is a problem with the product. The description was just wrong. Said it would fit a 2008 Audi A4 but turns out it was for pre 2006 A4s. The only way to verify is to inspect the product. If there is a check valve built into the PCV, it is for 2006 and earlier A4 models.

Fits perfectly on my 2006 Audi A4 - 2L Turbo. Troubleshooting Code P0507 - Idle Air Control System RPM higher than expected. and are very helpful when passing the emissions test. Shown are new and old valves. It is clear that the old one is dirty. I haven't changed the seal (yet!?) - the machine works as it should. It's been working for a week, so I can't say anything about the reliability. Excellent purchase!

I bought this PCV valve for a 2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet and it matches the car's specs. The screw holes are perfectly matched. Didn't cause me any problems during installation. Costs $40. 1. Before installing a new part, install the check engine light first. and finally your machine turns on. Don't be afraid to accelerate at idle. One part of my car has been working great so far and the check engine light hasn't come back on. It took me about 15 to install and I'm not an auto mechanic.
