Will not fit 2001 Xterra

Will not fit 2001 Xterra. I've been looking for an electrical connector for my car for 3 years and this one said it would fit but it didn't.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Minor issues

Good product in spares

This connector worked very well in my 1999 Nissan Altima. It was used to replace the old knock sensor connector. This connector was easy to connect to the old wires.

Pros
  • Manifolds and parts
Cons
  • Everything OK

Revainrating 1 out of 5

This product is not suitable for the knock sensor standard part.

This product is not compatible with standard knock sensor parts. it goes with a weird twist on the knock sensor that might just be a resistor. Be careful when ordering - check the fitment to make sure it will work with your sensor.

Pros
  • Ignition parts
Cons
  • No Automatic

Do not pay for DRIVE prices

Good quality and low price as I would like. Bought the plug and knock sensor and relocated the sensor to the top of the intake manifold because the original one was defective and didn't want to take the engine apart just to replace the $20 part. The move took about 30 minutes. 10 minutes to fit a new connector to the main wiring harness and 20 minutes to simply drive to O'rileys Auto Parts to buy a 10mm bolt to secure the sensor to any open spot on the engine.
