I prefer to replace the PVC valve at least every 5 years. because the old one might get stuck. I believe it is important to relieve the oil drain pressure. so that everything works smoothly. So a good PVC cap. The second time I buy this PVC valve.

I think it works.? I was replacing a cylinder head on a car and although everything else was removed from the engine I decided to replace the PCV valve while I was there. The old one may or may not be clogged, but we've had some oil flow issues with this machine and the PCV valve could be the culprit. There are no installation issues and I think it's now happily hidden behind the engine and doing what PCVs do best.
