Attention, don't waste your money

waste product. The old one was 11 years old, no problem. Ever since this PCV valve was brought in for service it has had an intermittent check engine light and a random misfire code. A few months later, when the Check Engine light was on steadily, a faulty PCV valve was diagnosed. This inferior part actually costs more than the dealer.

I had no idea it had to be changed every 30,000 miles. Miles. I guess it never changed. The machine runs noticeably quieter after the replacement. smoother than ever. I also hope this helps with my oil consumption problem.

Easy replacement to fit 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan 4.0L V6

Perfect fit for 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan with 4.0L V6 engine. The PCV valve is located at the rear of the engine compartment in the center left of the brake fluid reservoir. The engine cover must be removed to gain access. It is located under the foil-wrapped hose. Gently pull the wrap and remove the tubing by hand. The 24mm deep head bit fitted the old valve and could be removed by hand twisting the sleeve and a new one manually inserted. It took about 5 minutes or more to find my 24mm head!

High-quality products without a premium price.

I've been using Standard Motor products for decades, ever since my first car had ignition points and as far as I can see they haven't deteriorated all that much compared to other manufacturers. there. The installation on my Dodge Charger is quite tricky as it is on the back of the right hand cylinder head. I made sure the engine was completely cool as you'll need to do some work to get the old one out. Do your car a favor and take the time to swap it out to make sure everything is working…
