Works great so far

Got a used '03 Infiniti G35 and decided to replace it although the old one still looks decent. Parts work great, I just hate overpaying at the dealer for genuine parts.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Suitable for Fiat 500 Abarth

Although it doesn't say it will fit and work in Fiat Abarth. If you have an Abarth replace it as the factory PCV will fail and the engine will burn a lot of oil.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Don't waste your money on filters

After replacing the PCV valve on my Murano with this, it started emitting white/grey smoke and had to be carved out and painstakingly removed and replaced with a genuine Nissan part. Not only do you lose the price of the part, but you also double your labor costs.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Some cons

Looked the same as OEM product

The PCV valve on my Nissan 350Z was difficult to get to without the proper tools but after removing the old one it was easy to install. Looks like an OEM product. The dealer wanted to charge $90 for a replacement but was able to replace it fairly easily and it only cost $10.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Negative present

Replaced my existing PCV valve when my mechanic installed a .

Replaced my existing PCV valve when my mechanic had some work to do on the engine and he was already replacing valve covers, gaskets, intake manifold gasket, spark plugs and ignition coils. I figured I might as well get a new one although I could ask them to clean the existing one which was 12 years old and it really is a plastic part so given the low cost I just wanted to replace it. No problems so far, works as expected. in my Nissan Altima 3.5L. 2005

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black
