Replacement for 2008 JKU.

Okay, it's a valve. 2008 JKU needs to be checked and replaced if necessary. It's $10 or so. I think just swap. I had to do what the other person posted and use a vise with a long screwdriver as leverage to get the old one out so it was easy to replace. Just good prevention.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Hard to tell

It is excellent. That works first.

Replaced OEM PCV with this unit. Seems to work fine, looks almost identical to the original valve I replaced. FYI, it's very difficult to change since the valve itself has a gasket and not a valve cover. The gum becomes VERY hard and quite difficult to remove. I destroyed mine while filming. Installation was very easy.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Compatible with my 2009 Jeep Wrangler

My Jeep had to replace this part and it seemed like a direct fluke. Removing the old part was tricky, but with the engine warm I think it made things a bit easier. I just took some pliers and was able to wiggle and pull it out in about 10 minutes. This new part was fitted immediately after placing a 5/8" deep socket on it and tapping it with a hammer.

Pros
  • Superb Design
Cons
  • Frequency

This is a valve. in valves, breathers and PCV accessories

Seems to be a direct replacement for my 2010 Jeep JK. Here's a tip: If your old valve is difficult to remove, use a needle vise and grasp the valve vertically, one jaw half inside the valve opening, the other half outside, and then pry (or tap with a hammer) up . I've read horror stories about removing the valve on the internet, but mine worked in a few minutes using this method.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • write later

Works perfectly! for filters

Installed on a 2005 Town & Country. Installing a new PCV valve is very simple. Just slide it into the valve cover. Removing the old PCV valve is a big problem. It wasn't until I removed the valve cover from the engine that I was able to build up enough pressure to remove the old PCV valve. I liberally sprayed liquid wrench, stuck an allen wrench in the valve, which was slightly smaller than the hole, clamped it with a vise, and fiddled with it for a few minutes. Finally it came out.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Some little things

Works great in the 2005 Grand Caravan

Direct replacement for my wife's 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, fitted perfectly and caused no problems. Note on the 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan replacement. (3.3L) PCV valve, that sucks. Someone says it's easier if you remove the wiper cover, I say it's impossible if you don't remove the wiper cover. It's just shoved into the rear valve cover but seems impossible to get out unless you can get the lever, which is impossible if you're trying to approach from the side with the cover still on.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
