I have a Star Brite rod and I broke the original piece. I drilled through the river and removed the old one, ordered this one to find a smaller one.

We bought a Star Brite extension hook and some spares and they don't fit. The hole is too small to fit on the bar and there is no thread in the hole to screw to the extension. Not a good buy

This item does not come with a Mr. Pole thread. Long arms. Not sure how they think "pulling" the boat should help someone. I used tape on the threads on my pole and then attached the hook to the threads. I do not recommend this product!

Perfect match for my Star Brite pen which I use to clean my boat. The mesh with the ring worked great last weekend with no problems to report. My only wish is for the hook to be extended a little more to secure the rope.
