You get what you pay for. Sad to report that after a trip to the beach my 9 year old's water shoes fell apart. They fit well, but the insole is poorly glued. We will try to insert it again and get another tag from them.

They appear to be 1 size larger (ordered a 13 which is the usual size my child wears). So far so good, but we haven't used these water shoes much. We'll see after a week's journey on a beech.

I bought these for my goddaughter and they are true to size so they fit her perfectly. She loved them and is ready for water parks

Terrible! Bought these for a cruise for my son and AFTER ONE RIDE IN THE POOL their soles came off and could no longer be worn.

An adjustable cord is needed to keep it from slipping off. Although the insert came out the first time. Just put it back and it was/still good.

I bought these in February for my 4 year old to wear to kindergarten over the summer. He wore them for the first time yesterday. They were easy to put on and he said they were comfortable, but when he got home the pads were completely out of place. The glue seems very slimy and the insoles just slide. Very disappointing.

My little girl is 8 years old and wears a size 12 shoes now. We are now planning on getting a size 13 on our next purchase within the next month or so. This suits my girl very well, although there is a little more room inside. I think it might work for a while, even if she starts wearing size 13 shoes in the near future.

Excellent water boots. They feel very durable and comfortable compared to old water boots. Nice thick sole to protect you from rocks but not enough support to recommend walking in them or anything! They are great for kayaking and other types of boating where you may need to get your feet wet. These Starbay Sunville water shoes were a great purchase. We put together three pairs for each of our three boys and all three have held up well so far. A decently thick and seemingly durable rubber step with nubs that grips well on both wet and dry surfaces. A mesh colored outer layer wraps around a nylon toe cap to protect whatever you step on. I bought a size 2 child. The shoes arrived and I immediately knew they were too big. So I measured it, it was about 8 3/4 inches long. According to their own size chart, this is a size 4 shoe for "big kids". So be aware that this brand has high mileage. In addition, the quality left a lot to be desired.
