I like that you can search for jobs by keyword, location or industry sector. You also have an option of filtering your results using various criteria such as job title/description etc., which is good because it makes narrowing down what kind of positions are available much easier than if there was no filter at all! The software is very user friendly, it has all the features needed for our daily operations, and we are able to customize them as per our needs. There are some minor glitches which can be addressed by the developer team. We have used this software for both small and large scale hiring processes. From recruitment to onboarding of new employees, they have been able to handle the workload in less time.
