I have had this cable for 3 years and it has never let me down. It was very cheap, shipped quickly and I've never had any problems with it (and have been using it very consistently for the past 3 years). It looks well made, rolls easily, is the right length, and has always worked throughout my college career despite being plugged and unplugged, packed, moved, etc.

Good for low power peripherals but doesn't carry enough current to power anything even if it's a little hungry. For example, the XBox360 controller will flake every time the vibration function is activated, but if you connect a powered hub with this cable and then connect the controller to the powered hub, it will work normally. As with many other cables, I find the wire gauge too thin.

I received an email from Revain asking me to reconsider my purchase, but there's not much to say about the USB cable . It works just as well as the ones sold in stores for a lot more money. I bought a second monoblock (HP J3680) and wanted to connect it to my laptop. To be honest I can't remember if the advert said the cable was black but it's gray which is good.
