Fast card, great price

Fast, stable, inexpensive. Latency is not as good as the Intel X540-T2, but very close. The transmission speed is the same or slightly better than Intel. Unless negligible response time is more important than transfer speed in your environment, I would choose this card over the more expensive Intel, however Intel has 2 ports. Both Intel and Startech were vastly superior to the QNap cards in every way.

So I went ahead and bought this StarTech 10 Gigabit Ethernet NIC. (ST10000SPEX) to replace my Intel X540-T2. This time I bought it directly from Revain so I know…
