I have a 1440P monitor with G-sync. This product supports G Sync with my setup. It is not rated by Nvidia so your mileage may vary. I was able to get the full resolution and FPS on my PC and M1 Mac mini. It doesn't come with cables, so make sure you use good quality cables and make sure they're as good as they can be for high frame rates. Input and output lengths add up, so 6ft t2 cable means you have 12ft and can run into artifacts at high frame rates.

My wife recently switched to an ultra wide monitor and we needed a new KVM so she could switch from home PC to work laptop. We were able to get it up and running very quickly. I only have 2 problems with this device: 1. G-sync doesn't work with the device. I can connect my computer directly to the monitor and G-sync works fine.
