Item apparently returned by another customer as the UV lamp was plastic, 2 buttons were broken and more than one polish was opened and spilled. See photo. I ended up leaving because I was leaving town the next day and wanted to get my nails done before I left. Otherwise I would come back immediately. The light still works when you press a button that is not broken and the product is fine. My 1st set of fingers lasted 2 weeks before they flaked off and my toes lasted 3. My 2nd set of fingers…

Really good starter set. This kit contains just about everything you need to start making your own nails. I pay $60-$80 for a manicure every 2-3 weeks. This set will save me a lot of money. The only thing I would have liked was the nail polishes were a bit bigger. Pack of 2 shades. Since I love acrylic nails I have to buy this stuff separately. Although this is an additional thing. You can use these items without acrylic nails. All in all a really good start.

So I haven't used it yet, but I ended up with two open colors in the box and I can't contact the seller. That's why I'm leaving my comment here. Also, the vials are not color coded, only the top and base coats are labeled. The bottles are small as someone said. There would be more stars if they weren't open and leaky.

I was so excited! But unfortunately 2 of my colors were open and leaking (black and base coat to be exact) and my UV light didn't come with a cord so I'll have to try to find one that fits. I received it this morning and cannot contact the seller. I'm hoping to see if it works sometime / if I can find a cable that fits. Now I only give 2 stars because we didn't start on a good basis.

I was really excited to make this at home and the color choice was great. However, you must label all colors yourself. I sat down to paint my nails and ended up sitting under the lamp for more than five minutes and the bottom layer of gel didn't set! I skipped the base coat altogether to try the colored polish - didn't fully cure it - it was so frustrating. I wanted it to work so bad that I spent over an hour making a thinner layer and tried again to no avail. Do your research and find a higher

I was surprised at how great this kit was! My nails have never wanted to hold gel so I bought this hoping for the best. I love this set, it has everything you need and more! The paint looks great and is in very good condition! Also the function to keep the light on longer definitely helps instead of having to press multiple times in a row! We recommend!
