This a good fan for the 50% discounted price I paid. It came packaged in a retail box with an instruction sheet. It looks fairly well made with a metal grill and plastic for most of everything else. It has two fan speeds of SLOW (kind of fast) and FAST (even faster). It can be positioned by way of three pivot points.
