I love this product for keeping me warm at work. It works really well and is easy to install and use. So much better than having a space heater where everyone around you has to feel your heat.

Connecting cord is positioned in the front middle of seat cushion making it extremely easy to get feet entangled and in some instances causing the electrical cord to break. Definitely a safety hazard and very poor design feature!Employees also stated the thermostat turns off way too soon, and back of cushion never heats up.I ordered four of these for company employees, but I am getting ready to place a much larger order for an entirely different design.I absolutely DO NOT recommend this…

I bought this for my dad because he’s always cold and I thought it would keep him warm in his chair, and it did at first. But he used it for less than 2 months and the thing stopped working. When it worked, he loved it. But I’m certainly not going to replace it every 2 months. Very disappointed.

We had this set in one of our home theater seats. Smelled smoke yesterday and came downstairs to find a smoldering hole in our chair. The cushion had melted the fabric and it was burning. Fortunately we were home and caught this as it could have set the chair and then our house on fire.

Poor quality construction. Included car adapter not the AC adapter in picture and description. Looks like a fire hazard.

This is perfect for my situation. Tried the heating pads that you can buy at Walmart with the vibration. Those do not get hot enough. This one does. It has 3 levels of heat and it turns itself off when you are not sitting in the chair. I am cold intolerant and I freeze all of the time. This heated cushion is keeping me comfortable while I work from home. This does not vibrate.that is not its job. It heats at a appropriate temperature to make a difference.

I ordered this for my office chair at work and it works really well. It was easy to use and stays on the chair. It also has a nice set up with a car lighter adapter for someone who wants to use it in their car. The one issue is the power button. It is right on the front center of the seat pad. I bought this to use in my living room chair. I was able to get it to fit well enough. It gets warm and that feature is the part that causes a problem. The high setting is too hot for me. Might be ok for sore muscles but it is too warm for just warming. I am frequently up and down rather than just sitting. Every time I get up, it turns off. When I sit back down, it comes on. We have a flashing red light and no heat. It worked well for a few months and then died. I can't find a manual or instructions that tell me what the flashing read light means or it it's possible to re-set it. Normally, a flashing red light means that the heating element is turning itself off, but we get a flashing red light when we sit down, not when we stand up. So, money down the drain. . . .

I bought this Oct 18, 2021. It worked great until it completely failed on February 13, 2022. Four months of use is not acceptable!

The shut off button is located right under your leg so it has a tendency to turn back on once your leg hits it. I would look at placing the off on button in a different location

For the price, I really wasn’t expecting what arrived. Quality material and appears to be well made. The only "complaint” I have is that "low” is still too warm for my but my wife loves it. Hopefully it will last….

I can’t use a space heater in my office because it sets off my computer fan. I bought this because I wanted to be warm without warming the whole room. It works perfectly! I use it everyday at work. I also love how you never have to turn it off. Just getting up off your chair does that. I also like that the back length is short as I have a task chair and not an executive one. So it fits perfectly! Great buy and great product.

This is a nice heater and works very well but it won't last long so plan on throwing it away after a few months and buying a new one. They should offer a subscription option so you can just have a new one sent to you every few months.

I got this for my wife. She really likes it, but apparently it has the annoying "feature" of always coming on in "hot" mode (red). She then has to manually turn it down to "low" (green) since red is way too hot even for her. It would be much better if the unit could remember what mode it was in last time she got up and it turned off automatically, and go back to that. Having to adjust it down from hot to low every time is annoying. I have tried using the instructions to turn it to "manual"…

This heater is for my wife. Her office is kept at a cooler temperature, and she is always cold. So, this was perfect for her.

I work from home, so I got this for my chair to keep me warmer in the winter. However, it does not work. When I sit down or manually turn it on, the red light flashes and does not heat up. I can manually turn it on and off, but will not heat up and I can not manually change it from high, medium and low.*EDIT*Literally as soon as I submitted this review, it started working properly. Works great. Keeps me warm in a cold room and the little extra padding it has just makes my chair more comfortable
