This was the answer to our coverage problems! We have used mounting rails in our cabinets and each holds 2 lids next to our pots and pans. While we don't need S-Hooks for this project, they will come in handy for other projects. This is definitely a cheaper product to buy from Ikea. but not everyone has an Ikea handy. so it was worth it for us! Note. We mounted them inside the closet on the walls of the closet. no doors to keep the lids from ringing.

Just thought it was stainless steel but it isn't (I must have misunderstood the name) they are spray coated so I'm curious to see how they will wear over time . The bars are very stiff, I think they are solid, not tubular, so they can withstand quite a large load without any problems. I had to bend the hooks 90 degrees to align the pans side by side and then everything was perfect. The pans actually nest within each other so they increase the storage space I had compared to regular hooks.

I have purchased three sets of 2 rails for kitchen use and love them. I am using three bars with three Bygel triplets and plan to use them to create an indoor herb garden. A rail was installed on the side of my cabinets for use with kitchen towels and hand towels. The remaining two rods were perfect for a DIY project my husband and I did to make hanging pot racks with storage lids.
