Easy to use for my opinion

Ordered these to change tires on my semi. It was so easy that my 14 year old son was removing tires off of the wheels. I will say that using plenty of lube is important. It does seem to work better on 24.5 than on 22.5. But I dont know how I ever changed tires before without it.

  • Tire removal tool is little more heavy that the original, but is great for that price.
Cons
  • The tool kit may be inconvenient to transport to different locations

Not Designed For 19.5 " wheels

The design of this tool is intended to remove tires from the back (inside) of the rim. 19,5" tires are removed from the front (narrower bead surface} (outside}. The wheel center interferes with the function of this tool when tires are removed from the front of the rim. The tool is no help whatsoever. I wound up changing my six motor home tires the old-fashioned way-with tire irons.

Big time and back saver.

Works great. Saved me a lot if time and back. had to put a 3x3 under the tried so the tool would catch the second bead. Then it's great.

  • The manual changing tool may require significant physical effort, making it unsuitable for those with certain disabilities

Nice tool but will take a very long time to learn to use it properly.

As much as I really wanted to love this tool, it takes at least 50 tire changes to learn to be as efficient as the guys in the video. I change tires on my own equipment so maybe 10 tires per year. It will take me a long time to be as efficient as I am with a standard tire bar. If you are a professional tire guy, this is probably a great investment, if you have a small shop and just do a few tires a year, it’s probably not worth the trouble.

  • Scratches rims. Much less productive then the old fashioned way with pry bars.

Great product on my review.

Totally work great. Easy to use these tools. Can watch videos to know how. We are able to make a few extra dollars by doing tire changes for our company and save them money too. Make sure you use on the right side of the rim. Easy on easy off.

  • Work ok if you have a big rig. Not so good on travel trailer tires.

  • The tool kit is quite heavy and can be difficult to maneuver

very good product! - my new review

Hubby ordered this to work on his trucks and said he was impressed. He thought that for the money he paid he would get a flimsy product but nope. Durable, solid and he was very impressed. If Papa is happy then so is Mama!

Pros
  • Very good product, but it not for 17.5" it is for 19" and up.
Cons
  • This won’t even come close to mounting and dismounting 17.5 trailer tires
