Received the wrong color

Reluctant to buy due to previous feedback about receiving the wrong color. I thought maybe they were expecting the seagull frame (the color shown in the listing) to be white when it's actually supposed to be light grey. However, I received a chair with a black frame. This does not reflect the quality of Steelcase at all, hopefully they can correct the listing.

DO NOT BUY OR RUN NOW. For over €500 you should get what is pictured.

DO NOT BUY THESE CHAIRS ON AMAZON UNLESS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE COLOR OF THIS EXPENSIVE CHAIR. I bought this chair because the picture showed a white frame and graphite cushion. Today the gray frame and the graphite pad arrived. SO DISAPPOINTED. I could only assume that the person who bought the chair before me (because it looked like someone had repackaged the chair) thought the same thing: he got a white chair with graphite upholstery like the photos. Lots of positives, but you definitely don't get the gray chair pictured here.

Little has been written about the ease of assembly. Completely assembled in 3 minutes. Not a single instrument. No screws. It's like Lego. That's great. I can't say anything about long-term comfort yet, but initial reviews are "very durable" and "quite comfortable". This is the height of the chair, then it reaches up in the air to an insanely high height. I wanted a stool high chair for a drafting table. So I'm happy. It is as advertised. Then I can take it at the highest level next to the pool
