#1. They were late (this is me being picky because I was not impressed with the condition of these shoes.) I took them out of the package and immediately noticed that they were already worn & used for a night out. They are scuffed on the bottoms and have scrapes all over them. However, I went ahead and tried them on to make sure I had the right size and I will be returning these for a new pair. I was initially disappointed that the boots were not as I expected and decided to return them. After that, the company reached out to me and offered to send me a new pair of shoes, at no cost, that satisfied my expectations. Their customer service is AMAZING. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Also, package arrived on time and the fit is true to size.

These are TO DIE FOR cute! I loved everything about the style. But the inner sole is so slanted downward towards toe that it puts a lot of pressure on the toes (especially the big toe) and for me that was just way too uncomfortable to wear. But it kills me to have to return these because they were cuter than I even hoped for. I did injur my big toe years ago so maybe I'm more sensitive to comfort than most.

I’m super picky with shoes and I love these. If I’m honest they aren’t the MOST comfortable simply because of the height of the heel…. but that’s not why I got them. 😂 I wanted something fancy that I could wear socks with in the cold winters…but I got something I wear with everything now! LOVE THESE BOOTIES! Love the cut. I ordered a half size bigger then I normally wear to compensate for the slight pointy toe. The fit is perfect!

I loved these boots and wish they would have fit. I have very wide small feet and I went up a size and still couldn't even get them on. They are lovely boots just not for wide pudgy feet.

I wore these with my wedding dress for an outdoor ceremony in Sedona, AZ because I was worried heels would get stuck in the rocks or I'd stub a toe. I sprayed two layers of Kiwi brand's All Protector rain and stain protector days in advance. Next, I wore during my airport travel day to help break them in and was wearing them for close to 7 hours! My feet were hurting by then. I noticed my arch doesn't quite align with the shoe, but this could be fixed with a shoe insert or wearing double socks.

Have to pull my pants over the very top because it doesn’t fit my calves.A little difficult to walk in because of the heels stability.Hard on the balls of your feet as you walk around.

They fit perfectly and look amazing especially for the price! Definitely recommend. I wore them all night and my feet were pretty sore the next day, but I also rarely wear heels so.

Hesitant on ordering shoes online without trying them on. May not be suitable for casual outings! Very true to size and item is just like the pictures.

These booties are perfect for the price. They are a step up from fast fashion, stylish, and affordable. The fit is true to size. I wear an 8.5 and the 8.5 fit just right. These booties are also very comfortable. Again, for the price point you are getting your monies worth and more. I also have these in white, that's how much I like them.

This boots are so so cute, but they literally made me cry while wearing them they hurt so bad. I spent $150 on shoes while out just to get them off my feet. They are good to wear if you won’t be doing a lot of standing or walking!

These are perfect! Comfy from the first wear. After a couple hours, my arches were sore but these don’t dig into your ankles/calves like lots of cheap booties do. They were easy to clean and have the perfect point. I even had a super fashionable man (a sneaker head) compliment them and when I told him they were $40 from revain, he was shocked. You need these.

I just didn't think these were comfortable. maybe if you have skinny feet this will suffice but i have a slight bunion lol

I like the sleek look, the foot incline. I feel much taller and posture perfect. The look sophisticated and rich/elegant. I don't like having only worn 3 times, that the leather on the toe has a little wear.

I loved these shoes. They made my birthday outfit pop! Now on the confit side you will need a very good insole but for the price and quality of the shoe I’m going wear them every chance I get!

I love these boots and I got a ton of compliments on them, but I have wider ankles and i can't even zip them up all the way in the back for a size 9. They were horribly uncomfortable and murdered my feet, with no shame whatsoever. Maybe a smaller person would fare better.
