I bought this for my 7 month old granddaughter and she loves to be buckled in and pushed around! Your child should have some ability to hold themselves in a seated position. You also have to push them very, very slowly until they can handle the steering wheel. I am grandmother and was able to assemble it myself. I had a great idea that I would take this with me and use it as a stroller when we go to the park, walk or mall. I saw a video showing how to fold the handle for easy portability. Well the video wasn't for this buggy because the handle is tight and doesn't fold making traveling with it impossible unless you have a pickup truck or SUV. Last spring I saw some babies/toddlers riding this in my neighborhood and immediately ran home to order. It was an early gift for my daughter's 1st birthday. I had no idea how much she would love this stroller! We've been using it for almost 5 months now and she's still the first thing she wants to play with when we go out.
