I have a Samsung S9 and when I use the headphones when making calls the sound is very low, very muffled and I feel like I'm moving a lot Me am gone Feedback is very loud and uncomfortable for the interlocutor. If it wasn't for the hassle of going back I would have done so in no time. On the other hand, I hear perfectly, so I only use them to listen to music on the way to work. However, I will never buy again.

I bought 4 pairs in total. 3 out of 4 had problems with the microphone. I haven't opened the 4th pair yet but I suspect they will be the same. One of the couple had some sort of volume control bug and turned the music up and down and put random stuff on my phone which is a new s10+ so not a phone. I'm pissed that they're physically identical to the really good Samsungs and are utter rubbish by comparison. I will not buy again. I've been using both pairs for over a week now and have had no problems! Obviously the packaging and the sound quality don't compare to $100 headphones but I'm glad I got 2 pairs for the small price!
