I bought my daughter 2 pairs of same size shoes from this seller. One was too big and this one was too small. I returned a pair to a pickup point in Kolsa with no problem while this pair traveled to 3 different locations and paid to pack the box and send it back. Terrible experience. Huge waste of time and money
