You must hold the device otherwise it may turn off due to the sensitivity of the buttons.

I was excited at first, but then realized I had to hold the device because the keys are so delicate that it wouldn't fit in a pocket can, and there is no device to attach it to the belt loop. He also reduced his intensity on his own. I set it to 4 and then it started counting down to 0 even though there was time left on the device. I get a lot of relief with this unit of ten

I bought this item because I am currently going to physiotherapy for 2 herniated discs in my neck. They use electrostimulation in my regiment. I wanted to use it at home to relieve back pain as well as a shooting pain shooting up my arm. I found this TENS unit and thought it was pretty decent for the price, plus it comes with a case.
