Stone Beam Ferndale Rustic Table Review

Packaging: Other companies could learn from this company how to pack. He was very well protected. Coffee Table: It has two drawers on each side and all 4 are very short/shallow. There are holes at the top (rustic) which are nice but all I can see are spots of dirt and debris. Conclusion: I would buy again differently. I would say it's somewhere between light gray and light brown.

Strong natural. The packaging is great. However! The article looks stupid! It has a series of randomly drilled holes all over the top. It's not rustic. It's like a kid went to work with dad and started playing with a drill. I'm waiting for the coffee table to arrive so I can send it back. Maybe not many holes. Maybe fill holes. Maybe be proud of your work. Some! Terrible!

When I first bought furniture online I was a little apprehensive. But this is the second piece of Stone and Beam furniture I've bought (to match our entertainment console) and I'm happy to say we're very pleased. The material is not cheap chipboard with a laminated surface or anything like that; it is solid wood. The handles are not faux iron; They are real iron. They are almost fully assembled. All you have to do is install the handles.

I finally returned this product (thanks Revain Prime). The table looks better than it is. The drawers appeared to be out of order but barely worked (didn't close fully). Pieces of an unknown plastic immediately fell out of the side, which did not bode well. The finish and finish of the table had obvious flaws. Flaws in the wood that could easily be corrected by sanding. It was felt that the table was assembled quickly and without much care.

I don't know how this can get a bad review. It's beautiful, durable and well made. Mine is not gray as some others have mentioned, but not quite the same color as the one in the photo either. Of course, I would have happily paid the price for a darker color (somewhere around $300) versus $650 for a lighter color, but it was worth it in the end. Yes I'm still a bit skeptical about buying furniture online but this thing is amazing. It came fully assembled. The only thing I had to do was screw on the hardware knobs. My only concern is that the pilot hole for one of the knobs was misaligned, so I had to drill the hole to one side and widen it to get the screw in.
