The delivery service was a. Nightmare The chair is hard but looks very nice!

Two couriers have arrived. They couldn't get the sofa in the front door (although someone took out my old same size furniture yesterday) and decided to push it against the railing. They scratched my banister and ripped a photo off the wall on the other side of the stairs. I told them to take it out of the box as I discovered that taking it to the room of your choice does not mean taking the box off. I had to take it back to the street to get it out of the box and then after they brought the…
