Never need a new tube

My bike shop fitted it for me. It is better if a specialist puts it on, because it is quite difficult to put it on. But once they're on, there's no need to remove them.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Frequency

It feels like driving with a half flat tire.

They didn't work at all. They were difficult to fit into the tires, and while they had to be the right size, there was a gap between the tube and the tire. This made a lot of noise when driving and gave the feeling of driving on a half flat tire. It also doesn't look like it would be good for the tire.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Little things

Best for tires and tubes

I got this tube despite all the 1 stars and I'm so glad I got it. I have a 20 inch tire for my car and it fits perfectly. The yellow in the picture isn't the camera, it's the rim. Installation was very easy. I just lifted the van, pulled out the old extended hose, put in the yellow flat tire protector and put it back in place with a chisel and screwdriver. She's rock hard and I'm so happy!

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Some little things

They don't have much cushioning with these

They heal my granddaughter's flat tires on a front suspension mountain bike. Thorns are everywhere in Abilene, Texas, and every time she stepped off the paved driveway, she got an apartment. Her father used all kinds of heavy-duty hoses and sealant. She does not do stunts or jump curbs, which requires an airbag cushion. Runs on 1.95 tires, everything is fine with her. I have 1.75 tires for a tighter fit.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • No automatic

It is too difficult to put on a bike wheel

I do not know if it works, I could not fully attach it. I ended up putting it on a 24 x 1.75 bike wheel and pushing it into place while someone stood on it to push it. I couldn't get a rubber bike tire to cover the foam so I never got to use it. All the videos I watched were examples of smaller sidecar tires, maybe they work better with smaller tires. I like the idea, but it didn't work for me.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • a little maintainability

Without repairs, pumps, adhesives. never again!

Extremely easy installation. Great item, worth every penny. Yes, it has "not so little" rolling resistance - but that's the price of its (and your) invulnerability. Their speed will of course be lower than in wind tunnels. You will work more on the pedals. But I got stronger!) Try to get city tires with a flatter profile, not suitable for the mountains - to minimize the rolling resistance of the tire tread when driving on good roads. exactly the same profile height or even a little less Iโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • No power

Total efficiency minus speed

Installation: Fairly easy, especially for a front tire. However, it feels particularly rolling when going uphill and feels quite heavy compared to cycling on flat pavement or going downhill. This may take some practice and some getting used to. Money: Compared to having to fix a typical tire's tube here and there, this easily adds up when you consider that the cost of the tube is about $5 a piece of tube. Pierce and repair patches costing about $3.00 before the entire tube becomes unusable, say

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • old
