I bought this for my Brother Dreamweaver VM6200D to sew vinyl. It worked great. If you have problems with materials and fabrics due to incorrect transportation, I would recommend this foot.

The leg seems to slide a little better than my metal legs on waxed canvas and cork; However, it didn't fit my car. I must have misread the specs and made the mistake of not using the hand wheel to lower the needle the first time. I made a hole in my leg. If I'm very careful with the horizontal needle placement, it works on my Brother SE-400.

Description fits all low shank machines especially Elna; However, it does not suit my Elna, I was very disappointed with it. Luckily I have a much older backup machine that fits so I can still use it, just awkward. The seller sent an adapter free of charge, but still couldn't use the leg on the Elna. Received 5 because the seller tried to fix the problem.

I use this foot instead of the walking foot for making cloth diapers. In particular, I use it on PUL, which usually requires a walking leg, but instead it works, which is very convenient because then I don't have to switch legs as often and it's not as bulky. I'm new to the sewers so I'm sure there's a better use for this leg. But for me it does what I need.

I don't know if I like it just because I've seen other reviews say it works with their vinyl but it was just as sticky as a regular metal press paw when it was about my shiny vinyl. It fit my Babylock Verve but I traded that machine in and bought a high shank teflon foot from another supplier and it is made out of a VERY different material.
