It was put together really well! Easy instructions, great pattern. My only problem was that I ran out of white embroidery floss. (And I wasn't quite close to finishing, either. Also, I've been doing cross stitches for a while, so I didn't move a lot of thread or anything.) Yes, extra thread is cheap, but I'd love it for that Go to the craft store to save.

I liked this for my son. I'm almost done and disappointed with the thread contrast. I also followed the instructions. but the shadows under the eyes are almost white and do not show through. I will buy another thread, tear off this part and redo it. Just check the yarn in your kit and make sure it has enough contrast, the pattern is easy to follow.

Took me three weeks, about six hours a week, so definitely longer than expected. However, it's ideal during COVID and the results are looking pretty solid. Not bad for a beginner. However, the kit ran out of thread so I ended up ordering more to complete it. I made this as a random gift for my girlfriend who loves Star Wars and she loved it so it's worth all the time and effort I put into it :-).
