This art paper exceeded my expectations. As a result of using this product, I found that my drawings were more vibrant and detailed. The texture of the paper is perfect for pencil and ink drawings, providing just the right amount of tooth. However it may not work well with wet media. In a 21st century full of bad "art" papers, this paper is as good as any Bristol paper I've ever bought. I like this a lot for tight spiral bindings. I won't call any modern paper the best, but I love this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality paper. I like it because it's wearable but closes easily left to right. I don't like Bristol pads without a lined top, and I don't like top-closing pads because they're always very difficult to maneuver.
