The best feature I like about this product is its ability to pull data from different sources (website, database) at once without having to create multiple connections or copy & paste it manually from one place to another. It also has some useful reporting features which are easy enough even an average user can use them effectively. The ability to be able to view all activity within our entire enterprise system, even if it's outside your direct purview! This makes it easy when you're in charge of one piece or project but want info from another area - this can make things easier!! Sometimes I had trouble using some aspects (such as finding data).
