I may not have read the weight limit for this product but for some reason it doesn't hold up. The glue on the back just doesn't hold up. I tried it on my board and they fell off after a few hours. And I used a lot of strips. Will stick with the command stripes

This tape is some of the best tape I have ever bought. Super strong and not see through simply because they are durable. I didn't want them to be transparent, just wanted to show that I read the title so got a clear 1, which is simply because one side is solidly spiked and one side is solid felt (if that's that word is). Just as I wanted and expected.

The seat cushions on our beige sofa bed always slide forward and pull out after a few hours of use. We attached this 2 inch Velcro to hold the pillows in place. The adhesive side is VERY sticky and strong and the hook and loop sides are flat (so they don't get in the way and the tape has some charge so it wraps around the curve of the pillow) and the holding power is very strong. Very happy with the Product.

This is a good size and the velcro itself is weatherproof with repeated use as described. However, "Super" glue isn't much better than the standard - at least when it sticks to the painted surface in snowy weather. I'm using this to attach painted foam panels to an exterior wall to cover a narrow area that can't be raked. I had to screw on the velcro straps with wide washers to attach them to the panels - then they work perfectly. You can try gluing them in warm weather.
