They're really good if you just want to stretch the toe area and not the entire shoe. Nothing is more annoying than shoes that press on your toes and the heel slips out because they are too big. They are too smooth and slide away very easily so I attached them with glue and a hot glue gun. When the glue dries it will provide some support and stay in place. Very happy with my purchase.
