Best suited for arm, hand and finger rests

I tried several braces for my mother to wear after a stroke. This is the one that works best to keep her arm in line and extended.

Pros
  • Rest arm splint – RELIEF DAY & NIGHT. Ergonomically designed to accommodate the curvature of the wrist to improve blood flow to the wrist muscle tissue, reduce flexion contractures and provide relief
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Quickly fall apart: arm, hand and finger rests

This product was great at first, but after about a month the velcro stopped sticking. In addition, the fabric begins to separate from the foam rubber. I had to buy another!

Pros
  • Right Hand Paddle Wrist Splints - ADJUSTABLE, CLEAN AND WASHABLE Straps are removable for cleaning when needed.
Cons
  • Useless features

Fits great and does what it's supposed to!

Perfect fit. I use it to keep my hand and wrist straight while I sleep. Worn last night and it was the best! The first night in a long time I didn't wake up from hitting him or spraining my wrist. I can absolutely recommend this product. Be sure to measure your hand for the right size!

Pros
  • OPTIMUM SUPPORT Stroke Arm Retainer, our SterlaTech hand splint and wrist brace, stabilizes and supports the wrist and hand in a normal position that keeps the arm open and fingers extended.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Doesn't work as advertised.

I bought this brace for my husband after he had a stroke. The brace caused his wrist to rotate in an unnatural direction and caused pain. I tried the brace on myself and within 10 minutes my wrist was hurting. This company must apply stricter quality control or withdraw from the medical equipment business.

Pros
  • SIZE CHART | Small: up to 3 inches wide and 6 inches from wrist to fingertip. Medium: 3 to 3.5 inches wide and 6.5 to 8 inches from wrist to fingertips. Large: 3.5 to 4 inches wide and 8 to 9 inches from wrist to fingertips. Note: Measure the width across the wrists (the widest part of the arm).
Cons
  • Base required
