These were the easiest things in the world to install. It looked scary at first but I watched a YouTube video and literally did it in less than 5 minutes. I've worn them in 90 degree weather for a few days and they work great.

The shock absorbers were well packaged, no damage. All installation parts were also included with installation instructions. The parts look well made, although the paint job doesn't look like it came from the factory - but not bad. The tailgate lifts well and I am happy with the purchase.

They were easy to install, worked great and cost a lot less than replacing them at the dealer. However, they only lasted 21 months. I bought them in 05/2020 and just had to replace them. It's definitely what you paid for the situation. But if you want to save some money and throw away a can in the future, they will definitely work, and it's better than having your back door knocked out on you.

So far they have been a great replacement. Factory damage which is notorious for these cars and for the price compared to buying parts from the dealer you can't beat it! I suggest watching a YouTube video for sharing, it will make the job even faster. It's also a good idea to have help holding the sunroof during the replacement. It took less than 5 minutes to swap them out and now my trunk works great. I hope they last longer than the factory ones!
