I started using this shampoo and conditioner and my hair started falling out in a couple of hands. I think it wasn't for me to use it

The only reason for the 2 stars is that I like the product myself. Unfortunately, one of the bottles in the box cracked and leaked. The conditioner bottle is completely broken on top as you can see in the photos. The problem is that I can't ask for a refund as it requires me to return a leaking, broken bottle of conditioner. How am I supposed to do that?! I would appreciate a half refund as the other bottle was fine.

I love this shampoo and conditioner. It used to be difficult for me to find it, so I used other shampoos for a while. This cleans without leaving my hair heavy or itchy on my scalp. And rosemary is my favorite scent, so it's nice to have in your hair.
